Everything went smoothly here. Nice people. Can't see why it doesn't deserve 5 stars.
We have rented from Enterprise many times in the past in other locations and have never encountered behavior as unprofessional as what happened here in Safford.
In a word, horrible. Worst experience ever with a car rental company. My daughter had gone in to Enterprise in person a good two weeks in advance of when we needed the car to reserve a comfortable car for a trip up to the Grand Canyon. Although we didn't plan to leave until the morning after Christmas, the woman who took the information said the car had to be picked up on Friday afternoon because they're closed on Saturday and Sunday and also weren't planning to be open the day after Christmas. We were there at 1 p.m. today to pick up the car. The Enterprise desk was closed; the people in the Ford dealership said the woman working had decided to take off at noon and get an early start on her holiday weekend. This is despite the fact the website clearly states they're open on Friday afternoons. What really, really ticks us off is she had emphasized that the car had to be picked up on Friday afternoon.
Got a good rate on a month long rental back in March. Car was ready 4 hrs. late (was notified), but I ended up with a much nicer car. Lucinda is a top notch employee. Return was quick and painless.
You have to reserve a vehicle here they don't keep any on hand, however great customer service. Highly recommended.
I reserved a premium car 3 weeks in advanced at a certain time and plans changed where I needed the vehicle sooner. I called and explained my situation. I was told if there was a vehicle available I would get a call but it probably wouldn't happen. I honestly didn't expect a call at all. In fact I drove an hour away from Enterprise to eat breakfast with my family that morning because I didn't think it would happen. I received a called shortly after saying a vehicle was available and it was an upgrade free of charge! Of course if there wasn't a vehicle available I wouldn't have received a called but it was really nice to see a company sticking to their word. The lady at the front desk was awesome! She answered all my questions and made the processes quick and pain free. I will most definitely be using Enterprise again.
