Sometimes too busy and hard to get help, but a good selection and occasional deals
I rate this two Stars because on two different occasions they have wasted over an hour of my time with false advertising and poor communication. The problem may be with the corporate office but with better management could have been easily resolved. It is impossible to get help on the floor if anyone is at the counter and would have rated less if one of the managers didn't resolve the issue on my third visit.
The staff here, especially Matt the store manager, always go above and beyond to help their customers. I didn't think I would find a new home store since I left Phoenix, but I'm glad I was wrong. Good luck in Alberquerque!
The employees were more than happy to help and answer our questions. (We had quite a few) and even put up with our crazy kids. They helped us get the best price possible on the items we bought as well.
Not as forthcoming with some information as Id like and overly pushy on some sales. Overall the staff is pretty good considering what I've read their corporate leads try to make them push.
