The rooms are very quiet, clean, and beautifully furnished. They have a modern look without feeling cheap. The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. A group of us is staying here for an extended period of time for work and need to leave the hotel by 5:30 in the morning. The hotel staff graciously offered to have the free continental breakfast ready early so that we would be able to eat. And the breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.
Room was clean and nice, local property staff friendly, great breakfast. Issue is you book, reserve (pay), and get a confirmation # via email, and they change your reservation without your authorization to a lower tier room. Excuses were everything from 800 customer service telling me I don't know how to check a box when I book online, to local property telling me they received the original confirmation and they changed it to accomodate a platinum member who "bumped" us out of the room because they wanted it. INCREDIBLE! Then was told if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. Sat on hold with CS for over 1 hour waiting for her "manager" to call the property. Never going back to a Marriott after this rendition of customer service. Buyer beware.... If you don't believe me, call their 888 customer service line. 24 hrs later and I'm still waiting for my return call from them.
This place is so comfortable almost like home. There rooms has a cozy layout and has everything you need. This place is right off the main highway US Route 70.
Clean and comfortable. The double beds are a bit small for 2 people but ok for just 1.
The hotel is beautiful, especially for such a small town. The employees are extremely kind and polite. The pool was nice and refreshing for a good cool down in high heat. The only real downfall to us, was that the water pressure wasn't that great. Breakfast is your typical breakfast found at a hotel. Our stay was short, but very enjoyable.
