Started out good..... Horrible customer serice, units never ordered after being told they were multiple times, no call back multiple times, no show multiple times, still waiting for job to be completed. Will never use this company again......

Very unsatisfied with service and lack of professionalism. We paid for two full units and have still not had units installed. We have been rescheduled several times with not a good reason. We have made several phone calls to Jordan to inquire why it is taking so long but no answer and no phone call back. When the duct work was installed months ago they were very unprofessional, as they showed up yelling the f word at my dog and blasting their music. Also, there was no drop cloth placed down as they advertise and left a huge mess. Will never recommend or hire again.
Remarkable Service!! Advanced Air figured out our cooling issues after just one visit when other companies couldn't figure it out after numerous visits. Every single technician was clean, polite and professional! I would highly recommend Advanced Air!!
