Still just as good as it was 8 months ago!!
Slowest service ever. Took over one hour to receive orders and restaurant wasn't that full. No one offered to comp our meals or even verbally apologize. Everyone around us waited the same time. Need major management and attitude change!
What I found is a typical Dennys. Or just about any other business that has to hire entergy level employees. There are good and bad in everything. I personally had a good experience here. Food was good, service was good, place was clean, the prices are as you expect.
Good basic food. Nice breakfast at a reasonable price. Not crowded but had to wait for the food.
One of the best Denny's I've ever been to. I stopped going to Denny's years ago because they were going downhill but when traveling with my father he likes Denny's so we stopped in and I was pleasantly surprised.
Terrible service. General manager waits on senior citizens hand and foot and gets there items instantly. Normal people get ignored to be seated for 5 minutes. Order drinks and food and drinks take 15 minutes waited 40 minutes for food, it never came out. Let from horrible service. To top it off the customer satisfaction is just as bad, contacted them gave them my contact and Denny's location and area manager of Tucson called since they couldn't get location correct.
