Everything about it violates any health codes.
I've lived here for about 8 years now. I also worked as manager for awhile. The problem is not with the maintenance man, it is with the owner. He refuses to supply the park with the money or supplies needed for the repairs to be done right. This forces maintenance to, " Rob Peter to pay Paul," so to speak. You can only do this so many times if at all. Now the owner wants to know why there are so many empty units.
I moved in with some apprehensions...although its small and maybe a little tathered ...ive never been in a place where people bring me and my kids food...just because they have it...i also have never had anyone steal from me here and ive got alot of stuff. The neighbors all watch out for eachother ....yet know how to keep to themselves as well. Om satisfied thus far with this place!
This is definitely the worst place in thatcher. Just walking through here you'll feel like you're about to be robbed. I don't know where these people come from.
We pay $650 a month and our floor has been caving in for the last year, maintenance man knows and has made no attempt to fix it.
